We take great care in packaging every order to ensure your cookies arrive fresh and beautiful. However, because our cookies are made without preservatives and include ingredients like chocolate, please be aware of the following: Weather and transit conditions. We can not guarantee that cookies will not be affected by heat durning transit.

We do not offer refunds or replacements for items affected by shipping conditions such as heat, melting or handling during transit. Once your order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, it is out of our control. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage caused by the carrier. Shipping delays can occasionally happen and are unfortunately outside our control.
